Optical gains as large as one million are used to achieve the high sensitivities required in current electro-optical sensors. as the high resolution and accuracy,especially high sensitivity. CCD(Charge-Coupled-Device) is widely used. However, just because of its high sensitivity to light,it is easily disturbed or damaged by laser.So,the research on laser induced effect of CDD is of a great significance. This article investigates all kind of laser induced effect on CCD.The main work that has been done are as follows: the mechanism of alternation of the responsivity between high-irradiance laser and optical gains such as CCD,and dark-current of CCD by using virtual instrument technology. At last,systematicly carry out the experiments about the quality of CCD camera image under laser irradiation,and analysis the experimental phenomenon in detail.
