Research And Implementation Of Integrating Agents Software And Web Services Software

Setting up a "bridge" between the agent software and web service software, benefit them to take the advantages each other, and provide technology support for company which business is increasingly complex and automatic, requirement is changing requently.this work is important for theory and engineering. The key problem of integrating agent software and web service software is to set up the description and communication mapping relation between the two kinds of software. In existing solutions, the problem is solved by centralized gateway framework, which implements description and exchange of the two kinds of software low efficiently.The paper presents a new agent oriented approach and a new JADE plug-in AWIA software (Agent and Web Service Integration Add-ons) to integrate the agent software and web service. The paper describes the new approach's philosophy, summaries characteristic and advantages via implementing the AWIA under researching and analyzing the current solution, and illustrates how AWIA can be applied to support the integration between Agent software and web service by reusing the extension property of JADE and the embedding property of XFire.As well as the paper shows the customized agent pool and the innovation blackboard system enable AWIA software to access web service simultaneously, asynchronously and efficiently. Besides these, the paper introduces a new management tool to manage the agent service conveniently. Last, it is explained how to integrace the software Agent and Web Service software with AWIA through an effective case.In words, AWIA provides a simple, reliable, flexible and high efficient running and developing support environment for developing integration and interoperation software. It can satisfy project demands, and has high application value. The paper researches the theory of agent software and web services software integration, and extends the theory in agent service definition, paralleled execution, communitcation mode transformation and context scene.
