The perfect combination of ARM architecture's embedded processor and embedded Linux operat-ing system leads to the new technology revolution of the remote monitoring trigger.Because of the excellent performance and high cost which have been widely applied to a variety of electronic products design; more and more scholars start to pay attentions to this technology applied to industrial control. Using 32-bit ARM processor-S3C2410X and embedded Linux operating system as the core we design and construct a hardware and software platform of universal remote monitoring system, transplant the embedded WEB server. Through the client explorer, users can remote monitor the scene of the industrial equipment of operation; at the same time, the introduction of neural network technology to realize monitoring system which can send out the control order based on the detecting of situation in the case of unattended, which realizes the monitoring system of intelligent automatic control.The basic of the remote monitoring platform can be appliyed in the most of specific remote monitoring system after less amendment, which can short the development cycle and reduce development costs. In this paper, the innovation is that the neural network control technology is applied to remote monitoring systems, which improves artificial intelligence system.considering the limitation of the embedded system resource and the facility of the client software updating, CGI is adopted on server side The system has the characters of credibility, facility and extension.
