As the development of network technology, it is changing the production and life. There are some situations in common life when people wants to access resource in a special network without large basic facility coverage. And the location of people is dynamic. Though some mature IMs on smart phone have provided nice experince and functions, they don't release the source code, and people don't know the structure and most of them are based on C/S mode, which has deep reliability on remote server. Of course, customer can't enjoy the service in the area where don't have network coverage.WiFi has become the necessary component of smart phone's hardware configuration. But its rich resource has not been made full use of. By switching to Ad-hoc mode and utilizing bottom routing service, we have proposed the mobile communication software structure, which has achieved the peer to peer communication and abandoned the remote server. The target of this structure is discovering the resource in the network, enjoying and utilizing the resource with the help of some control protocol. This paper proposes and implements a solution of software structure in mobile communication based on stop-wait protocol and plugin management. In Windows Mobile environment, the solution takes advantage of object-orientation, callback function, XML and multi-thread technologies, implements and packages network communication interface based on wiat-stop protocol. In addition, by proposing plugin manager to solve new business's extension, this paper proposes a more complete basic software structure, especially, adding new business into the structure. Experiments show that the solution has good user experiennce in instant messenger and streaming business.
