| Lifelong education becomes the necessity of modern society in 21 centrary. The existing education system and model is in contradictions with people demand for education. And we all desire the newer and more flexible learning patterns. Therefore, mobile learning is an inevitable trend, which makes it available to learn any content (Anything) at any time (anytime), and any location (anywhere) using hand-held, wireless mobile communications equipment (such as mobile phones, PDA). In recent years, the rapid development of global mobile communications and mobile computing technology provide essential prerequisite for the emergence of mobile learning.In the context of the development of mobile communications and computing technology, it is foundation and guarantee for the implementation of mobile learning to build and develop the mobile learning systems and platforms. However, the mobile learning system is neither to achieve all the functions of the traditional E-learning system, nor to repeat simply the available functions. With the guidance of the theory and principles of mobile learning and the basis of studying the technology of mobile development, we should fully consider the identity of mobile equipment and design a learning system and platform which possesses the mobile learning characteristics.In this paper, refer to a large number of documents on the basis of the analysis summary of the current mobile learning research in the field of mobile learning the theoretical basis and guiding principles for exploration, with a view to the practice of mobile learning research to provide theoretical guidance; from the multi - latitude of the current mobile learning platform for mobile computing technology, mobile communication technology, embedded a number of key technologies, such as explanation and conclusion, and presented a typical structure of the mobile learning platform; in accordance with the software engineering methods, the design of mobile learning platform for the general ideas, systems design principles, and goals to start on; WAP 2.0-based mobile learning framework to support the platform design features, including mobile learning courses, real-time training, learning management, mobile Babolat, educational information collection and feedback, education blog and function modules, such as educational games; WAP2.0 and then put forward in support of mobile learning platform technical architecture and development tools, environment analysis, on this basis, part of the platform for the development of functional modules. At the end of the paper summarizes the results of this study and the lack of prospects in a possible follow-up research. |
