Network is everywhere. Internet has not only changed people's life, but also changed the way of people communicates and accepts news information. The network news was come forth, when the progress of network technology used in news domain.Since entering the 21st century, network news gradually became the most common and main means to get news information.Disseminating of real-time of news information and full interacting with the audience, becoming the true scene of reality.The future of network news is not smooth, and already shows distinct two sides. In the reports on major social events, network news as a rapid, effective and timely information channel improves the event's attention degree and the people's cohesion. Meanwhile, In the spreading process, ethical disordered and a series of wrong behaviors caused by network news became more serious and concentrated, making people feel confused and tried to find the answer.The two sides of network news remind people that the development of network news still has a complex, arduous and long-term process. In this process, people needs fully enjoy the convenience of internet technology as well as considering establish ethical concept, principles and norms which conform to network news features and development needs. No other than that, we can ensure the sustained, healthy and orderly development of network news. Specifically, the construction of network news ethics system that corresponding times needs, not only needs government exert the relevant laws and regulations to compelling promoting, but also needs the progress and innovation of science and technology to supply technical supporting and humanities and social sciences to supple new ethic support for future development of network news by researching the reason of network news disorder acts and phenomenon.Based on the above knowledge, I started from the personal interest of network combine with long news propaganda work in practice, carried on the preliminary observation and thoughts about network news and make the final selection with "network news of ethics thought" as graduation thesis research topic.The paper sought to explore and discuss on the basis of the network news, trying to provide for ethical principles, ethical norms, promoting the healthy and orderly development of the network news and make some beneficial exploration.This paper mainly consists of five chapters. Chapter one introduces research background, research present condition,research significance of the paper and so on. Chapter two discusses the concept and the features of network news, and initial summarizes the mainly facing problems and explores the significance of network news. Chapter three summarizes the network news ethical basis of network news, introduce network news ethical ideology of China traditional culture, news views of Marxist, the basic content of news professionalism and it's guidance significance. Chapter four discusses the ideas and principle of network news ethical. Lastly, the paper analyzes on the existent problems, reason and puts forward order of network media, communicator of network news and audience of network news.
