With the evolution of market and the improvement of 3G and internet, the strategy of BMCC channel development will be adjusted. With the advantage of low cost, convenience, access at anytime and anywhere, e-channel will certainly become a critical part of BMCC's customer oriented channel and service marketing system. This article expatiates on the value of e-channel to telecommunication industry and its future development, and analyzes the current status of BMCC e-channel and the upcoming challenge. The article concludes with a further plan for BMCC e-channel development.The article points out that in order to make BMCC e-channel a leading domestic e-channel platform; we should first make clear the market positioning and goal of e-channel in the development of overall channel. Secondly, specify the feature, positioning and goal of each form of e-channel. And thirdly, improve the operation support system and strengthen the monitoring and analysis system of e-channel. E-channel plays an increasingly important role in BMCC service marketing system. It helps to provide satisfactory service and convenient business transaction to BMCC customer, so as to create more commercial and social value.Through the implementation of BMCC e-channel's planning scheme, BMCC e-channel's service marketing capabilities has been continuously upgrading, playing more and more important role in company's overall service marketing.
