| With the size of our economy getting larger, many of the heavy chemical industry,raw materials and energy industry produce extensively , whose production technology and equipment are relatively backward, with large resources and energy consuming, and have caused serious pollution. Bag filter is an efficient dust removal equipment management against industrial air pollution, which is the biggest advantage is the dust removal efficiency. However, harsh industrial environments are usually not suitable for staff long-term on-site to monitor and control equipment, so that it's very important to remote monitoring the bag filter system is very important. This paper puts forward an idea of using ZigBee technology in industrial wireless monitoring system, giving an application example in bag filter system with remote monitoring. Remote monitoring system can effectively help managers to monitor the equipment and site real-time, the PC interface can reflect the alarm information and show the exact location of fault when the equipment fails. After that this system can make the appropriate control and treatment, which helps staff treatment failure in time. In addition to real-time monitoring system status, it can also control a series of operations through the switch buttons on the PC interface.In comparison with wired data transmission, the wireless sensor network which based on the ZigBee technology has been widely used in the monitoring system because of its low power, high sensitivity,flexible networking, and other advantages. Bag Filter remote monitoring system using network technology and control technology, controled by the MCU core, collecting and processing data, controlling each device and wireless transceiver unit. Computer in control room uses RS-232 interface and wireless transceiver modules to communicate, and realizes the PC monitoring interface design using VB6.0 software, so that it can make the monitoring interface convenient and intuitive. |
