Software Construction Platform And Application Based On Workflow

The construction of colleges in our country is deep-going with the computer technology spread and developing. More and more colleges upgrade and develop into comprehensive universities. During the construction, all colleges and universities regenerate teaching facilities, bring on board and improve the teaching system, etc., and all big improvement on hard wares and soft wares. Meanwhile, lots of teaching documents and teaching files are with the extension, how to manage these resources properly has become an important problem. There are more and more problems with the traditional manual management style by the paper and writing, and management work are going into a more complex problem. Therefore, all colleges must be changed the traditional style to adopt a more effective method to manage the work flow.Workflow is coming up with automatics. The flow of office work is steady relatively with clear responsibility, so the method of work flow fits for the exploit of automation. Especially with the application of Internet/ Intranet, Web and other means, workflow has become a main developing technology on software automation.This paper combines the practical condition of author's college, no need of a very big database system, only with need of practical function and convenient operation, and meanwhile of satisfaction with all departments. Therefore, it is based on workflow and designs and realized a construction platform of automatics. On this platform, This paper develops a teaching management system of a B/S construction. Workflow management is a technology applied in many businesses with a rapid development. Its character is to make sure the procedure automatic and to make sure all applied tools with inter-coordination to accomplish the work. In the design of construction platform, this paper doesn't adopt the usual SSH structure because of nature of partial actual teaching examples. In the data persistence layer, the paper only uses the Hibernate technology accepted by JAVA. In the presentation layer and logic layer the paper only uses JSP and Severlet. In the construction of platform, the paper adopts generosity integration Hibernate and popular wares to improve the reusability of platform and reduce the problems of exploit and maintenance. The part of flow custom adopts sort abstract method to define and custom the work flow. Other public modules and to assistant function library have come true basically. The teaching management system is a test system to utilize this platform to construct, and this system has realized the main function of teaching management.This system realized in the paper could be as a complete teaching practice, but there are many improvements in application, such as, safe management, back-up/ recovery management, Web service management, SoA and so on.
