The Relationship of the Farm construction with Three-Agriculture question and the actuality and problems of practical status of Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstrate Farm construction were discussed. The problems were detected in aspects, such as instructing ideas, select fundamental, construct scope, implement approach, setup of demonstrate farm, mechanism of management, and so on. The results were as follows.(1) The actuality and problems of practical status of Agricultural Science and Technology Demonstrate Farm construction were put forward at the base of consulting abundant information. The orientation of the farm was preservation, process and market management, the market orientation was to produce unpolluted food and export product, the market of seedlings was mainly face to the Distract, the City and the Provence, the junketing was mainly face to the China, acting as the middle-earning classes, and the technology was in base ofCollege , University and Scientific Research Units. At the base of the high-technology , the producing technology study of unpolluted product was carried out, and the study orientation was the practical, effective and in favor of zoology protective technology .(2) The construction distribution of the Farm was detailed, at the same time the construction content was also detailed. First, the construction of 'Cherry Fazenda' was conducted. The last excellent short-roots of 'Gisetla' and 'MM' with high-graft appetency and high resistance were used, and the excellent sweet cherries were also used. The view of ridge plant was put forward combining with the physiological characteristics and geographical conditions, then sweet cherry was planted densely. Second, the construction of red pear base was also conducted. With the rising problem that the amount of red pear was few and competition was not so drastic in the market, the main product was oriented to red pear, and then industrialization produce was conducted with the excellent red pear cultivars. Third, the breeding of seedlings was conducted with the technologies, including seed, cuttage, layerage and tissue culture and some other methods, thus the surrounding development was approved and the incomes of peasants were also increased. Fourth, storing and engineering storerooms with advanced and complete instruments were built combined with gas regulation and constant temperature preservation, and fresh preservation and packaging process. Fifth, the green-house cultivation was developed actively on the base that our city was one of the origin places of green-house cultivation, mainly for precipitate cultivation of sweet cherry and red pear cultivars. Sixth, getting along with the Jingyanggang Sight, ecological tour area was constructed mainly aiming at fruit and flower watching, together with entertainment.(3) Disadvantage factors in public-owned system were solved in science and technology demonstrate farm, and joint-stock corporation of forestry and fruits was then developed. The corporation was managed strictly in the mode of joint-stock constitution and management, and practiced the system of general manager with responsibility for the farm under the directorate, experts formaking out developmental programming and technological regulations. Weput forward to a set of methods and systems of managing the peasant.(4 ) Combined with the application and produce of 'Cherry Fazenda', a set of science and technological campaigns were launched and some achievements were obtained, which was very important for instructing the construction of Science and Technology Demonstrate Farm in our city and surrounding areas. ? The advanced dwarf-stock of cherry and excellent fruit tree cultivars , such as 'Meizao', 'Daihong' cherry cultivars, and 'Red sun' , 'Red Universe', 'Kastekaty' were also introduced from outland and inland. (2)A set of interior management system for Science and Technology Demonstrate Farm were formed.? Some achievements were obtained in part of science and research to have a demonstration effect on fruit production , improving income for peasants and resolving problem of three-agriculture.
