Research On Information Construction Of Chengdu City

The informationization has become the main trend of economic and social development of the world, and the development level of informationization has already become the important sign, which weighs economic and social development level and civilization degree of a city. After investing and constructing for many years, the information environment of Chengdu has greatly improved and the information construction of Chengdu has made great effect. The period from nowadays to the future is very important for Chengdu's information construction, such as promoting the development of information industry, making informationization push industrialization, promoting industrial structure adjustment and upgrade, improving the running quality of urban economy, realizing the economic and social great-leap-forward development and so on. Considering the backgrouns mentioned as above, it will be a academic and realistic meanings to the information construction of Chengdu if we put the information construction level of Chengdu into study and appraise from the long run.This paper is divided into three parts and seven chapters in all. First part including the first three chapters, which states the surveyed theory and studies current situation. The second part was consisted of the fourth and fifthly chapter, which is made as the following process: proceeding from digital urban theory, combining the information construction current situation of Chengdu, setting up social information-based index estimate model, turning abstract information concept into digitization and specification, then doing appraisement and making index analysis to the social information development level in Chengdu. Meanwhile, this text takes advantage of the information index gained from above to analyse theimpact on economic development from social information development level of Chengdu. Referring to the theory of the first part, combining with the questions that have put out in the second part, the third part put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to the information construction of Chengdu from using the system, developing way, security system, industrial structure.The innovation points of this paper: First, combining the current situation of the development, this paper takes advantage of the improved information evaluation index system to carry on quantitative appraisal to the information development level in Chengdu; Second, utilizing information index, this paper has analysed information development level impact on economic development of Chengdu; Third, according as the analyse of information construction of Chengdu, this text put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasure to the question of Chengdu and explore in some fields accords with the route and mode of information development of Chengdu.
