This paper is about research and redesign compensation system for small manufacture. As china fast development, a lot of Chinese manufacture get many opportunity to grow. How availably use the richness labour force is very importance and imminency question.In a small manufacture, blue-collar workingman is more than 70% in employee constitution. It is'a valuable resourceful problem that how motivate them, how appraise them and how supervise them. As a long time researching, Author designed a integrity compensation system that combining several performance appraisal and diverse performance-based pay and use it solve the question that about compensation of blue-collar workingman.The paper is made up of four parts. The first part is presentation about the theory of the modern compensation system. The second part analyze and appraise the actuality of the compensation system. The third part is redesign the compensation system applying knowledge on the relative theory and base on objective realistic of the manufactory. The last part is appraise and summarize the new compensation system.The effect and impression of the new system are good and effective during more than six months. It real solve more problem that the enterprise facing and get affirmation both from manufacture and employee. Author wish the investigation in this paper is beneficial and helpful to other manufacture.
