Roles of Human Resource(short as HR)management function are more and more important in companies.Although there are various competition advantages,finally will be linked with people closely.Talent status in organizations is key factor for company to achieve short term business targets,and also long term business strategy.So,Human Resources had been treated as one of the core resources in organizations.In Knowledge Economy,the knowledge owner-employees working on intelligent activities take proactive role in the inter action with company owner who is the representative of capitals.Function of Compensation & Benefits(short as C&B)turns to motivation leverage from labor compensation.A Company is a small company provides environmental,safety and Occupation healthy related dictation and evaluation.A company’s business grows fast,but HR management is till stay as very basic level,4 employees claimed to quite at almost the same time.In order to help A Company stabilize work force,enhance employee motivation,research team developed Compensation Strategy and Total Compensation Design base on analysis to A company current status.Interview and SWOT analysis had been applied to the research in this dissertation to collect employee opinions,and analysis problems,then to seek improvement opportunities.The research found there are problems on Organization efficiency,Compensation horizontal equity,Compensation structure and benefits structure.Base on the researches,compensation and benefits strategy,organization revise proposal,compensation and benefits improvement proposal had been submitted to the A company management team as improvement proposal.There is a expectation that the research regarding organization,compensation and benefits package can motivate employees in A company,can raise its HR management level and support both A company and employees further development.As A company is a typical example of small company under new initiated knowledge economy,we hope the research can be helpful to other companies which met same problem on the way of development.
