Report Of The Type Selecton Of Commercial Operation For DT Chengdu Corporation

As a commerial noun introduced in China recently, the type of commercial operation is paid a lot of attention widely by the real estate industry. One commercial project's running cannot be successful without abundant research of the type selection of commercial operation. This paper is aimed at how to select the type of commercial operation for DT project, following the instruction of the tutor.DT project is one new real estate project developed by DT corporate, which is based on the mature market for construction material owned by the corporate. To select the best type of commercial operation for DT project,a lot of market research have been done: after abundant research of the distribution of main types of commercial operation for the neighborhood of the targeted commercial project, the situation of current merchants in this commercial building, the situation of off-board merchants,the situation of land investors and the situation of targeted consumers,we analyzed these research results first,then we analyzed, demonstrated and graded the possible type selections of commercial operation to find out the best type selection of commercial operation for this project. After all these jobs done,the selected type of commercial operation is proved to be best choice for this project,combined the relevant theory taught in MBA program.
