With the development of Chinese private economy, the private enterprises have contributed a lot to economic development. But, many private enterprises don't have proper HRM system to support their business development during this process. Accordingly, how to design a scientific compensation system, which can meet the needs of private enterprises, is an urgent problem for discussion.Directed by the modem compensation theory, author studied and analyzed today's compensation system of TH Company deeply. On the base of job analysis, job evaluation and investigation of market compensation, author redesigned a set of new compensation system for the company which is major in auto sales in Chengdu City. Author hope that this thesis not only can improve the compensatin management of TH Company , but also can provide some beneficial discussing to private companies' compensation design mode.There are five parts in this thesis. The first part of this thesis gave a very comprehensive analysis about relevant compensation design theory about concept function, parts of compensation and Motivation theory. The second part mainly introduces and analyzes the realities of the TH Company's compensation system. The third part of this thesis introduces the basic processes before redesign including the principles, targets, procedures of design, job analysis, job evaluation and investigation of market compensation. The forth part of this thesis redesigned the new compensation system for TH Company on the basis of analysis of the company's circumtance. The five part of this thesis assesses the effect of new compensation system.
