In the 21 st century,if enterprises want to gain an advantage in market competition,the key is competition between talent,talent gradually become the key factor affecting enterprise development.Compensation systems are an effective tool to maximize the potential of employees,and many companies have become aware of the importance of compensation systems to maintain their vitality and increase their revenue.This paper first describes the concept of compensation incentive and compensation,and outlines the theory of compensation incentive,human capital,incentive system,marginal productivity compensation.Secondly,take A beverage company as an example,through the form of a questionnaire survey,investigate the current status of the company's salesperson compensation system,investigate some of the existing problems in the company's compensation management,and analyze the reasons for the problem.Again,according to the current situation and the key problems,according to the principles of strategic principles,fairness principles,economy principles,incentive,based on the existing salesperson remuneration system,the basic salary,performance pay,sales bonus and instant reward design of A beverage company.The company is able to acquire and maintain a competitive edge in the market,attract more outstanding property talent and reduce the compensation system for the turnover of employees.Finally,the safeguards in the implementation of the salesperson compensation system are given from various aspects,including organization,system and supervision and logistics.Sales staff are key positions in production enterprises,and their work can turn products into cash returns and keep the cash flow stable.Based on the guarantee of product quality,excellent sales team can make enterprises in the industry competitive position,provide strong guarantee for further organization and expansion of production.Therefore,the design of a reasonable salesperson remuneration system not only helps attract experienced salespeople in the industry,but also helps retain the old employees of the enterprise,but also promotes the competitiveness of the enterprise.
