Tourism agency, tourists' transportation and accommodation are the three main contributions to the modern tourism industry, among which the fist plays a vital role. But agency business is lagging out of tune with the fast pace of tourism industry and its market. The ill-disciplined market order, stubborn operation structure and poor profit forge up the bottleneck for the above business.How to reestablish the prosperity of the business and reshape enterprise image? The author takes very dedicated research on the tourism business, its activities, history and presence on the basis of information concerning Suzhou. He gives very careful analysis and suggests the adoption of regulation and special business permitting, meanwhile he also emphasizes on theoretical research to form a pragmatic system for the restructuring of tourism agency market model. Through his study, the author appeals, with measures such as chain business and special permitting, a right model adapting to the features of a renewed industry, which could be well identified with an open market system, reasonable division among agencies and creative operative strategy.
