Decision-making also mostly pays attention to basic investment amount and idea that unilateralism emphasizes on which lessens investment and quickly gets more profit. All of those do not benefit for the improving of the ability of the equipment management in enterprise.Aiming at these inclines, the paper established the basic principle of equipment comparing scheme by way of analyses of equipment life-cycle cost. By way of the analysis of the cost, the paper analysed the composing of the equipment expense which effect on the equipment management decision-making. On the base of them, the study founded the validated model for strategy of update and reconstructing equipment through analysis of abrasion and servicing of the equipment.This paper discussed the economic analyses and the way of decision-making of the equipment management; it thought that it can improves economy ability of the equipment with the methods of equipment life cycle expense. This paper provides the theory basis to economic decision-making of equipment; provides the theory basis to strategy of update and reconstructing equipment; it can guide company to manage equipment economically.
