With the deterioration of the world environment and the exhaustion of resources, our country establishes the circular economy as an important strategy guide. Under the circular economy theory, product cost analysis is different from the traditional one. It requests the enterprise analyze the cost management of the product lifecycle in order to realize the mode of "resource-product-reborn resource". Under this mode, product reuse cost and environmental cost must be considered, but the current research of these aspects are not enough.Based on the previous studies on the cost management, especially product lifecycle costing, this thesis analyzes the mode of product lifecycle costing from technology using model predictive control technique. The study not only focuses on manufacturing cost, assembly cost, callback cost and environmental cost but also puts forward concepts and design standards for the design for reuse. Brings disassembly and reuse into the product lifecycle management frame and emphasizes they should be an optimum model of technique, economy and environment. Present an analysis and assessment model for the economic characters of product disassembly and recycle on part/assembly parts/product three levels. According to the relation between them, this thesis also builds quick quote model for order, tolerance—manufacturing cost optimum model and environmental cost optimum model. And take bearings as an example to verify these models. Product cost management system is proposed using Visual Basic and Access database technology.
