Utilization Of Discarded Tires Based On Circular Economy

With the fast development of the automobile industry and highway traffic transportation industry in our country, not only the demand of rubber and the productivity of the tire increase swiftly and violently, moreover the quantity of the worn out tire also suddenly grows and has become new solid source of pollution in our country. In order to protect the environment and to use the recourses in the circulation, our country and many developed countries pay more attention on the recycling and processing of the worn out tire. At the same time we think developing the circulation economy is an effective way to solve the anxiety of energy supply anxious and the contradiction about the limit of the environmental capacity.Firstly, this article introduced the elementary theory of circulation economy, contains the production and the developing process of circulation economy, and the relationship with correlation discipline, the characteristic of circulation economy, the method of foundation movement, the technical system, specially resource-based model, namely "3R" model.Secondly, take resource-based model as the instruction, combined with the characteristics of waste tires, carried out the research which is based on circular economy of the scrap tire in China. Through Learning from the developed countries about the recycling technology of the waste tire,and the analysis of economic, according to the circumstances in China, discussed the status of China's waste tire recycling technology, and the benefits of economic.Thirdly, based on the characteristics of waste tire recycling industry, this article established the logistics of waste tire recycling system-namely, under the extended producer responsibility, the recovery mode, recovery mode of the government and private recovery mode and volunteer recovery mode. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the various recovery models and propose the implementation strategy.Finally, through comparing economic evaluation of the tire recycling industry, this article summarizes some problem, which is happened during the development of circular economy in China's tire industry. Propose several suggestion and strategy in order to enhance the development of circular economy in China's tire industry.
