The City Management On The Basis Of City Core Competitiveness

With the developement of the world economy , the city development makes the cities strengthensed in the district positions and nations gradually . The competition among the countries and districts express more and more the competition of the cities, therefore, it is a valid path to strengthen the national power and to increases district economy that the city is operated effectively and rationally.In this paper,the concept connotation and the basic theories are expounded systematicly, look back the theories of city management and put forward the operation mode of the city management to strengthen the city core competitiveness. In addition, this paper makes an inquiry into the city competition power, leads the concept of enterprise core competitiveness into the business, and conclude what is the city core competition power in city management. Furthermore, the model of the city competition power is set up on basis of analyzing characteristics of the city core competitiveness and the differences of the city comprehensive competitiveness, expounding three degree of latitudes to effect the main factors and the standard of the city core competitiveness. Then movement mechanism of the city competition is further analyzed, and put forward the strategy mode of the city management to promote the city developement.At last, the theory combines with the case, analyzing NANJING city to explain how the model works , putting forward the corresponding strategies and puting them into practice, finally making the theory of city core competitiveness utilized into city management of our country.
