Xi' an Qinghua Civil Blast Co. Ltd is one of the biggest enterprise of civil blast industry . With the situation of hot competition ,the traditional department marketing has been out of date, so we should consider marketing from competition strategy.This text using the method of combining theories and actual situation. Using the theory of strategic maketing: STP—4Ps—performing. The writing work is disparted into two parts: First , analyzing the inside and outside situation of civil blast industry and the enterprise, analyzing the marketing strategy of this product. Secondly, analyzing the marketing policy of the product: detonator. Using 4P theory to explain the idiographic marketing activity.The conclusion of the text is : Civil blast industry is facing great developmental opportunity, and it is very magnetic .As one of magnates of this industry, Xi' an Qinghua Civil Blast Co. Ltd should make use of its advantage to persistin technical creativision. About detonator , they should persist in its marketing policy: slow infiltration.The text can give operators many advices, drive them to understand their strategy , their marketing strategy and policy.
