Impact Research Of China's Civil Aircraft Marketing Based On System Dynamics

For the backwardness of civil aviation industry in China,the civil aircrafts basically rely on imports and that is not in the national interest.It is of great significance to study policies and measures for civil aviation industry to make up for the deficiencies in technology,fund and market.Based on the summary of relevant researches,this paper uses system dynamics method to build a system dynamics model of civil aircraft market in China and simulate how the impacts on marketing activities happen when policies changed.According to the subjects involved in civil aircraft marketing activities,the marketing system is divided into demand subsystem and supply subsystem,and factors affecting the performance of the subject behavior are analyzed from the perspective of the subject.The system boundary and system elements are defined based on the analysis of the influencing factors in China's civil aircraft marketing activities.Econometric method is used to determine the causality of the main variables in the system and draw the model flow diagram,and a quantitative normative model is established.Test variables GDP,air passenger turnover,aviation industry enterprise profits and accumulated assets are selected to verify the effectiveness of the model.The model is also used to simulate the future development of the civil aircraft market in China.According to the basic elements of the model,this paper classifies the parameters among different influencing factors,and forms demand-oriented policy,fund-oriented policy and technology-oriented policy.By using the established model to simulate the effects of different oriented policies on the sale of civil aircraft in China,the study finds that the cost subsidies and preferential tax policies play the most important role in improving economic benefits for civil aircraft industry enterprises,and increment of research investment can improve the level of commercial production technology of industrial enterprises.Based on this,the paper puts forward the policy recommendations to increase the subsidy,implement the preferential tax policy and increase the fiscal expenditure on research for the civil aircraft industry in China.
