Market is the arena of enterprises competition. Revenue, Market share and profit margin are the visual parameters to the competence comparison between enterprises. However, the fundamental resource of the competence is the synthetic strength of enterprise. Michael Porter's value chain identifies nine strategically relevant activities that create value and cost in a specific business.Though Anti-corrosion is an auxiliary industry in economic field years, it is attracting a number of enterprises launching into the industry and more and more attention from economic and management science as the rapid development of economic in china and the market blooming of anti-corrosion. The competition in the market has been pushed to a higher stage by the involving in of a few anti-corrosion companies from Germany, Japan and British.SGL ACOTEC (Wuhan) Co., Ltd, a Sino-German joint venture is selected as the study objective of the paper . The author studied its marketing competition strategies with demonstrative approaches .The research of this paper is involved in the management and operation of the company and the analysis cover the Infrastructure, Human Resources Business Process and Marketing. The theory of management, Principle-agent, Project Management and Marketing Management is adopted to seek the solution for solving present problems in the company. In light of the actual status of SGL, an operative strategy on marketing competition has been made up. Further more, in order to carry out the aim of strategy, a Five-year marketing plan was worked out.
