Evaluation And Analysis Of International R&D Activities Of Beijing Enterprises

Beijing is the center of politics, technology and culture of China. After China's entry into WTO, Beijing has been the frontier of Chinese enterprises going on the stage of international technology and economy. With economic globalization and technology developing more deeply, science research and development are confronting more problems in spatial aspects. The complexity and risk of science research and development will be intensified increasingly. In the times when challenges and opportunities coincide, enterprises of Beijing should develop their international research and development activities more deeply and take advantage of R&D resource at home and abroad. So it is significant for enterprises in Beijing to develop their advantages, avoid their disadvantages and be on a good wicket in the competition of international R&D resource. This article is based on the subject of the Stratagem Research of R&D Internationalization of Beijing Enterprises of Beijing Education Council. With detailed and systematic information, and based on the index system of comprehensive appraisal of enterprises R&D internationalization and the model of efficiency of input and output, this article uses the comprehensive integration method and other methods to analyze the situation of enterprises R&D internationalization. This article also analyzes the motive of enterprises R&D internationalization, the influence on Beijing region and the restraints of enterprises R&D internationalization. At the same time this article has some research of countermeasures of the restraints. This article aims at apperceiving into the situation of enterprises R&D in Beijing to give references of making decision for how to take advantage of international R&D resources, improve the international competition of Beijing enterprises and improve the whole technology level.
