This research paper as an empirical study, through the PEST analysis on the environment of enterprises, Five Force analysis on this industry and SWOT analysis to this company, combined with the current global economic and political situation by means of the related theories on internationalization and choice of international development path, draws the following conclusion. One is that internationalization must be selected by Beijing PH company. The other is to point Beijing PH company's international development path based on the enterprise's own situation, combined with the current international market information. That is Beijing PH company should insist on general international trade strategy, mean while, it should make active preparation for implement "going global" strategy.
