In the process of economic development, technology-based SMEs play an irreplaceable role. Compared with large and medium enterprises, high-tech SMEs can quickly create applications into production which are more flexible. Beijing is China’s political, economic and cultural center. International development of SMEs in Beijing not only play an important role in promoting economic, but also have a very good demonstration effect for other regions. Firstly, this paper describes the background and significance of the research, and the research status and the main contents and so on. Secondly, definite related concepts, points out the features of high-tech SMEs, the importance of SME development. Article analyzes the current status of international development of high-tech SMEs in Beijing, and the existing problems, such as: the low degree of internationalization, the insufficient attention paid by government, and the missingrelevant policies. Then this paper introducesthat advanced experiences of abroad for support in promoting the development of SMEs international. Action as, improve legal policy as a guarantee,, establish a special fund for overseas development to help small and medium-tech enterprise staff training, provide consulting services and information to support the introduction of talent and technological innovation. Finally, based on the above analysis of SMEs pointed out that the Government should pay enough attention to internationalization, building a sound policy system, the establishment of specialized agencies to support the development of SMEs internationalization, to establish a special fund to give small and medium Overseas Development corporate finance support, and policy recommendations to take full advantage of Zhongguancun demonstration area to promote the international development of Beijing’s SMEs.
