It is not an easy thing to survive and strong a company in many kinds of relationships and competition. In that competition, a company have to face multilateral competition, such as with other company, with consumer, with new entrant, with supplier and with replacer. Nowadays, the competition is not only a competition rely on economy capacity, but also rely on Ethics because of the development of competition. The company are more and more recognize the function of Ethics.To get continuable development and competition advantage, a company must applies two kinds of method to think of the future of the company. The method including Economy and Ethics. To the outside part, the company should keep an cooperate-competition relationship; To the inner part, the company should enhance the construction of Business Ethics and translate the Ethics Advantage into Competition Advantage.Start with the analysis of industry competition, this text discuss the action of Business Ethics and the relationship of each kind of competition by the way of rebuilding the model of industry competition as the model of "Ethics Push-and-Pull". And after that, we'll make a simple analysis of how to gain and construct Business Ethics.
