Research On The Institutionalization Of Business Ethics

Business ethics is not only the objective request of enterprises, but also their subjective choice. The developing process of our country is also the process for enterprises to looking after ethics progress continuously. At present, the researches on business ethics in our country lay special emphasis on ideas and norms, but the researches on practicability and operation are not enough obviously; In the practice of business ethics, the present researches don't place much importance on how to play the roles of ethics ideas and norms, and also are lack of the discuss on methods, which result in the emptiness of business ethics, low efficiency of business ethics norms and "norms fatigue". In the western country, such as America, they pay more attention on the researches of practicability and operation of business ethics. In their practice, they not only lay stress on the business ethics spirits, but also take care on the institutionalization of business ethics. They have achieved sound effects. Therefore, it has great significance of researching on the institutionalization of business ethics from the layer of operation to improve the business ethics level and competitiveness of our country.This thesis thinks that the institutionalization of business ethics is a process for ethics ideas and norms to be intrinsic, during which it not only need establishes the ethics ideas and norms, but also infiltrates them into the thoughts and behaviors of staffs. Therefore, it is necessary to build up the atmosphere of business ethics and set up the operation system of ethics management.This thesis has four parts. Part 1 is about the necessity of the institutionalization of business ethics; Part 2 discusses the objective and the principlesand the train of thought of the business ethics norms; Part 3 introduces the advance and propelling of the institutionalization of business ethics. Part 4 is to build up the atmosphere of organizational ethics.
