The evolution of family business organization is also an evolution course of CAS, which characterized with multi-level, multi-variable and multi-target. The internal complexity of it is the foundation of the complexity of the whole CAS, while the external complexity of it which including opening and dynamics is the condition under which the complexity take place. It is a constant increasing trend which influences the development and organization change of the family business in the complexity of the family business organization. Economic system that composed of family business is a CAS inside which are many adaptive subjects. The evolution course of it is also an adaptation course of the family business to the environment. It is the main element that the family business can adjust independently, and the way to adjust it is caring out organization change. Either the evolution of individual family business or the evolution of the whole family business CAS presents certain peculiar law. The drive force of the organization change in the family business may be divided into two subsystems, which is external subsystem and internal subsystem. While the obstruction factor of it may be divided by different criterion, according to the difference of levels of obstruction, it can be divided into individual, colony, organization and environment subsystem. According to the difference of essence, it may be divided into interests, quality, idea, organizational inertia, cost and risk obstruction subsystems. In the evolution of the family business economic CAS, there are various coordination between individuals, clusters and organizations. The family business economic CAS evolves with such coordination. The main types of the coordination in the family business CAS mainly include the following: Commensalism, Amensalism, Mutualism, Competition, Predation, and Adaptation etc. While the coordination between family business colonies are competitive coordination and cooperative coordination. Various coordination among the family businesses lead to a type of emergence---Corporate cluster---that is also a development trend of the family business. The policy meaning of this research is mainly embodied in two points: Firstly, from the macroscopic level, for one hand, the government may lower the degree of the complexity of the environment of the family business through perfecting and defining the system and policy related to the development of the family business. On the other hand, it is necessary for the government to carry on rational encouragement and guide to advance the private family business economy system and finally propel the regional economy well. Secondly, from the microscopic level of private family business, on the one hand, the owners of family business should pay close attention for the change of complexity of the environment so as to take reaction to the change. On the other hand, in order to advance the evolution of the organizational change in family business, it is important to pay close attention to the drive force and obstruction factor in the family business organizational change. Through this, the family business will implement organizational change smoothly. Finally, it is important to realize the coordination development through utilizing the coordination between individuals and clusters.
