The Study Of Measure And The Analysis Of Risk In Developing The Electronic Commerce In Traditional Enterprises

Although the electronic business is the new things, but it's development speed is so egregious. It changed the traditional mode, it is so convenience, rapid. The development of Electric Commerce(E-commerce) have brought great impact on traditional enterprises in these few years, so they should not only notice the chance E-commerce have produced, but also realize the risk in them. E-commerce emerged and developed in some Europe and America developed countries, the business management,administrative organization, business culture and social environment in which E-commerce roots have lots of difference with our country's. Then if we follow them blindly ignoring the objective reality, We are bound to bring risks to those companies. In this thesis, after analyzing risks which traditional enterprises is facing, we mainly discuss the methods and the ways about how to prevent risks, we also give some advice about improving E-commerce development of our traditional enterprises. This paper mainly contains: (1)This paper analyzes the development and empirical applications of E-commerce in developed countries. In this paper, the rapid development and importance of electronic commerce are analyzed. It analyses the opportunities and challenges of E-commerce worldwide .It also tells the traditional business and it's opportunities to develop the electronic business. (2) For risk of EC enterprises preventing EC enterprises from developing,it holds back the global E-Commerce's developing. This paper uses ISM (Interpretative Structure Modeling) to identify risks of EC enterprises and uses Fuzzy Comprehensive E-valuation to evaluate the risks of EC enterprises. On the basis of the identifying structural figure of risk factors and the risk evaluating results of EC enterprises, we can know how much risk we have. (3) Keeping away the risk of the electronic is the main question for our traditional businesses when they are developing the electronic. The risk of the electronic business which baffle the step of it's development .this paper studied the process of the electronic business's run and the main risk , the paper also discusses keeping away measure feasibility.
