Application Study In The Anti-poverty Project Management Of Dangchang County With Project Management Theory

In the project that the country and financial organization of world make the investment, many are agricultural project. The implementation of this project will shake off poverty and play a fundamental role to development and peasant of the poor rural undertaking of mountain area of Dangchang County.The thesis is on the basis of studying and probing into the relevant theories of modern project management and method, Dangchang county World Bank grant the loan anti-poverty project to Gansu Province, feasibility in project, analytical method of value and analytical method of risk analyses the discussion, draw project feasibility and conclusion of ability to resist risk from it; Such methods as management , management of the expenses , manpower resources management ,etc. research and analyses this project to spend time, analyses from it that probes into the question existing in the project management, according to the management theory of the project, combine the local actual conditions, propose the rational measure of the project management; Utilizing the statistics and actual conditions over the years of Dangchang county, such concrete conditions as the result ,etc. have been compared and analyzed after implementing to the project, analyses thereason to go wrong; To some questions existing in the whole course of project management, use the management theory of the modern project, put forward one's own suggestions.The conception purpose of the thesis is, use the management theory of the modern project, combine the actual conditions of the anti-poverty project of Dangchang county closely, the combination of theory and practice, analyses that probes into the question existing in the project implementation course, propose concrete measure , anti-poverty of project management , summarize project succeed and fail experience, in order to implement other projects in the future , especially implement the project and offer the reference suggestion in the poor rural area.
