In the more and more intensive accountant office market in china, shaanxi Huaxia Certified Public Accountant is facing many opportunities and threats. The chance for Shaanxi Huaxia Certified Public Accountant to win out relies on how to set up a sound competition strategy aiming to make use of these opportunities with its favorable advantages and to avoid risk and overcome its disadvantages. This paper intends to make a systematic analysis of Shaanxi Huaxia Certified Public Accountant with a discussion on strategic management theory. It aims to provide a basis for scientific marketing policy decision and to offer an optimal competition strategy with assistance of macroscopic and microscopic, qualitative and quantitative discussion.The paper begins with the paper makes an analysis and comment on Shaanxi Huaxia Certified Public Accountant's external environment and states the characters of accountant and the tide of developing.
