Civil explosives play an important role in the economic construction of Sichuan Province. But the number of enterprises of civil explosives in Sichuan Province is excessive, with small size and relatively out-of-date technology and dispersed location, and the level of production and management is comparatively lower, leading to follow behind the development of market economy. Meanwhile, the civil explosives market competition is severe. Civil explosives are kinds of planned products, which include ammonite, ANFO and emulsion explosive. The nation arranged to allot the civil explosives. The government authorities play a big part in the production and management of the civil explosives. The relation between enterprises and government is very close. But these planned products have the own marketing characters. There are two beneficial factors to the integrated marketing of civil explosives, the outer pressure and the inner motivation.According to the present actual marketing situation of civil explosives in SICHUAN province, At First, from the industry integrated, this thesis with SWOT analysis method studies the necessity of carrying on integrated marketing to civil explosives enterprises, then integrates all kind of resources in civil explosives co.(GROUP), and the last, it also has integrated into Marketing tactics of the civil explosives by "6Ps" marketing factors .The "6Ps" marketing elements, namely the Politic Power, Public Relation, Product, Price, Place and Promotion. By the design of Integrated Marketing Project of civil explosives and the carrying on of "6Ps"marketing tactics. It constructs the frame of Integrated Marketing to civil explosives products of SICHUAN Province and annotate the enterprises' cultureconnotation, which will be great helpful to increase the core competition power of the enterprises, there is an important significant to the development of the Civil Explosives Industry of Sichuan Province.It brings forward the brand-new Integrated Marketing Theory in this article. It considers the planned civil explosives on the basis of Marketing, deploying the Integrated Marketing research. And at the same time, it provides actual reference value and theory to the marketing research of the planned products.
