Design And Actualization Of The Information System For Drug Evaluation Based On Knowledge Management

Along with the vigorous developing of knowledge economics, all kinds of organization have paid more attention to the course of finding, coding, transferring, using and protecting of knowledge, as it will influence their the core ability. Drug evaluation is such a process that both need mass information support and produce knowledge information synchronously. Previous construction of information system(IS) always ignore the accumulation and utilization of knowledge.The research used the theory of knowledge management (KM) in the process of design and actualization of the information system for drug evaluation for CDE(Center for Drug Evaluation). And composed a drug evaluation information system model based on knowledge management. And designed and brought the system into effect.The research proved the importance of KM for an organization in knowledge innovation. To implement KM, an organization must attach importance to the function of the department and person in charge of KM. The research analyzed the relationship of KM and IS, KM and IS promote each other, not substitute relationship. And the most important function of theory of KM is making organization devote its mind to those fields of knowledge information correlating to its business.The focus of actualizing KM is realization of knowledge process. In this research it includes analyzing of organization function, role and business process. Then, established the draft of KM plan. Make sure of the position of key knowledge. And provided advisable approach to capture, save, transfer and innovate knowledge, and reached the goal of KM.
