What makes an enterprise differ from another, manager differ from another, and employee differ from another?Management innovation has always been a drive that pushes the economic and social development. Then, what is the most frontier of management innovation, and what is its trend in future?Knowledge Management is a more advanced management mode, which came into being with the accelerated development of economy and society, as well as improvement of enterprise management level and organizational maturity, in particular high-technology development.Enterprise resources have expanded from the original'land and labor'into five factors, i.e.'human, finance, material, information and knowledge', which further promotes'enterprise knowledge'to become the core resource and the most innovative production factor. Therefore enterprise staff became knowledge employee, regarding innovation as the key work content and direction.Knowledge Management can be simply defined as a new management concept based on the enterprise knowledge.G firm, headquartered in Shenzhen, is a domestic financial education and information service provider in China, with several dozen branches in mainland China, Hong Kong and US. It occupies more than 90% of market shares in research data services provided for universities and research institutes in China, aiming to expand in terms of financial service and financial education to become a localized international financial education group. Under this guideline, the firm must conduct a reasonable allocation for original business, team, and resource, so as to achieve strategic target efficiently on schedule.The paper elaborates the knowledge management related theory, and designs the knowledge management system in sub-industries by combining practical cases. According to the actual situation and development needs of G firm, it constructs the Knowledge Management Centre System (KMCS), incorporating original scattered and voluntary knowledge management behaviors into systemized process, and import practical process by a series of behaviors, enabling G firm to utilize its advantages in high knowledge content, advanced technology, centralized personnel and leading position, seek new development possibilities and market opportunities in financial data information field, and step toward the target of financial education group.
