After the hot topics of key competing ability and learning team, execution becomes popular as one management concept. The book of "Execution—the Discipline of Get Things done " is sold very well all over the world. It is shown that bad execution is common in enterprises management. "The Lost Ring"— execution's missing—makes good strategies become nothing. So many things are cost but so few results are got.This thesis analyzes the execution actualities and relative reasons of Chinese enterprises, and then points out that the establishment of executive culture is the important method of enhancing competing ability. Human is the main body of enterprise, and human's thought leads action. It could make positive influence to human's thought by execution culture, improve the mode of his conduct and turn to high execution.This thesis describes three key flows by which the executive ability is formed and proves that the enterprise's success is due to execution. It uses the relative theory of organizational behavior to find out the common axiology of enterprise and individual. It depicts how to improve the excutive ability through the foundation of executive culture, combining with the actual example of Taiping Insurance Corporation.
