Studies On The Risk Management Of Investment In Construction Project By Owner

The investment of many construction projects have been out of control at present, the situation holds back the development of the enterprises and brings loss to the country. Apparently, it is necessary to find the reasons that caused it and to change the situation. The writer tell us the reasons are that the owners don't understand the procedure of construction project intensively, they aren't familiar with the relative policies and can't catch the key point of investment to control. The thesis has analyzed how does owner take advantage of his predominant role among the participants to control construction project. Has given an introduction of important policies and stipulations, which need owners to master in four stage of construction project, in developing, in designing, in tendering-biding and in construction and after discussing the problems that maybe happen in the owner's risk management in investment, the writer put forward the methods of solving the objective problems in the executing so as to dedicate useful reference to the risk management of investment in construction project.
