For Taiwan-owned IT enterprises in Suzhou, employee's turnover has been the obstacle of their development in recent years. It has also been the difficult problem the HR administrator in these enterprises faced. However, little research about employee's turnover was carried out. Based on the analysis of the literatures, a questionnaire was developed to explore the main influence factors of employee's turnover of Taiwan-owned IT enterprises in Suzhou.The results showed that main influence factors included five aspects: Reciprocate satisfaction, job life satisfaction, the superior suppport, the prospect of the enterprise and career anchor. Besides, some individual characters can influence the five factors, such as sex, age, marriage, the service years in the enterprise, the total workig years, turnover experience, employee type and income.The research suggested that the following means could prevent the employees from turnovering: improving the employee's fair sense of distribution, offering perfect career development environment and excellent interpersonal environment to employees, showing employees the good prospect of the enterprise and themselves.
