With the increasingly fierce competition in China’s construction market,state-owned construction enterprises want to develop and expand in the increasingly saturated market,and the importance of enterprise talent reserve is increasingly prominent.However,the talent competition between enterprises leads to the frequent job-hopping phenomenon and high turnover rate.The frequent dimission of employees is bound to bring huge impact on the enterprise,and weaken the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the market.Therefore,state-owned construction enterprises must attach great importance to the problem of employee dimission and dimission tendency.The process from the thought of dimission intention to the occurrence of actual dimission behavior is also the last chance for enterprises to try to retain employees.Therefore,from the perspective of employee turnover tendency,this paper is of practical significance to the study of employee turnover tendency in state-owned construction enterprises.Firstly,this paper uses the literature review method to sort out the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the characteristics of enterprise employee turnover,state-owned enterprises and construction enterprises,and summarizes the existing research results.Secondly,taking the staff of China railway 24thBureau as the research object and combining with the preliminary analysis of the reasons for the resignation of the staff who have left in the past five years;Model by introducing Price-Muller leaves contain personal elements was proposed and designed for organization or work related factors and environmental factors,including the three aspects of the factors affecting employees turnover intention model,and combining the demographic variable variance analysis,and explores the has influence on the turnover intention of China railway 24thh Bureau through the survey found that the main factors on the employee turnover intention of China railway 24thh Bureau have a certain degree is high,12 of turnover intention factors in the three aspects have effect,and different individual characteristics of the population have different influence on turnover intention.Finally,based on the classification and integration of influential factors,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the turnover tendency of employees from five aspects,such as working conditions,salary and welfare,promotion opportunities,career planning,corporate culture,etc.,and looks forward to the insufficient research on the turnover tendency of employees in China railway 24thh Bureau.
