On the premise of uncommunality between the managers and shareholders' profits and using the frame of managers' motivation system as studying core, the author puts forward that the managers' motivation system can be improved by integrating the economic motivation and social motivation. Making the motivating theory as theoretical basis and using the related data of the entrepreneurs' investigating system, the article finds that managers expect to adopt modern motivating system that can reflect their value more deeply, by analyzing the present motivation system. This kind of modern motivating system not only concerns earning higher revenue and share-privilege, but also approves such motivations as social status and honor award. Based on this, the author puts forward an improving mode for present motivation system, which should attend to both economic and social satisfaction, embody both long-term and short-term motivation and display more rank orders with different characteristics. Besides, the author analyzes the displaying forms and implementing ways of the motivation system. At the same time, the author holds that the realization of such motivation system must rely on the full market environment and perfect governing structure of company.
