On The Relationship Between Local Government And Chamber Of Commerce In China At The Period Of Transformation

With the establishment and reform of market economy system, the relationship between government and society is changing profoundly in China. Study on the reform of administrative model of government and NPO has become as a hot and advanced subject. "Small government and large society" as a governance pattern, not only makes the flourish and its function widely concerned, but also provides a thinking approach to the transformation on the relationship between government and society. Therefore, theoretically and practically, study on the relationship between local government and NPO has great significance. From the relationship between the two, this thesis takes three chambers of commerce under different governance patterns in the same region as study cases, and mainly discusses the corporatism relationship between government and Chamber of Commerce in terms of corporatism and NPO theories, which bases on local government leading and Chamber of Commerce with governmental-civil dualism. In addition, after analyzing the problems formed by local government and Chamber of Commerce, the thesis put forward some relative suggestions and Countermeasures.
