However, because of special economic background, China's securities market is a much-undeveloped market that is full of high risks. These risks have already become potential hazards to economic development. Therefore, it is a very important and urgent task to take precautions against the risk of security market effectively and do the work of the risk supervision of China's securities market well.On the basis of domestic and international research results, this paper takes three important theories, which are the public theory, capture theory and economic theory of supervision, and makes economic analysis about market failure and the necessity of supervision, supervision economics and securities supervision, the cost-income principle and supervision border. Though the current situation analysis of the risk supervision, points out the main matter of the risk supervision and the risk environment of China's securities market, and adopts the chess match analysis about the risk supervision by the qualitative and quantitative methodThis paper carries on international comparative research separately with the risk supervision system, the issuing market, the trade market, the service market as four parts. Finally, combines the actual conditions of China's economy and security market closely and puts forward suggestions that perfect the risk supervision, including knowing the guiding principle of China's securities market correctly; accelerate the legal institutional construction of the securities supervision; improve the supervision efficiency of the listed company further; perfect the execution environment of "independent director" system; set up the high-efficient supervision structure and strengthen the risk supervision of the internationalization of the securities market.
