In December of 2001, China joined the World Trade Organization (abbreviated as WTO) formally. After more than three years, Chinese market status become more and more important to global trans-corporations, their investment in China is expanding constantly and their market share is enlarging too. Trans-corporations and then forms the monopolized tendency in a lot of pillar fields. Correspondently, Chinese national enterprise's market share is dwindling dramatically. If we leave this trend to develop, the economic security of our country will be in great dangerous. Cherishing the hope of increase the national enterprises' competing capability and protect our nation's economic security, this essay will firstly give a study on the condition of Chinese economic environment in these years, and attempting to discover the predicaments after entering WTO. Secondly, we'll have a sight on how the trans-corporations adjust there strategies to adapt the changing economic environment in China. Thirdly, two cases of how trans-corporations played games with Chinese government will be cited. Fourthly, how the native government to perfect its Law system and consummate itself to play games with trans-corporations will be researched. Lastly, how the Chinese government and national corporations work with each other closely is critically important for both sides to achieve its integrated benefits, especially under the structure of WTO.
