With the rapid development of our country economy,the urban dwelling construction is one of the most popular things in the social economic realm of China. Because the competition become more and more violent,marketing of real estate has been received great attention from the high management of real estate company. With a view to the author's working background and practically work, the thesis centers around the real estate marketing study of Xingang Holiday Garden Programe of Tianjin Dagang Oil Field Real Estate Development Co.Ltd.The purpose of this thesis is to explain the steps, links and emphasises of real estate marketing through a real example, and to try to find a processing way that can be standardized and suitable to our country's situation. In this dissertation,the assembly of content is according to the procedure of the real operation.First this paper analyses the macro,middle and micro environment of the case, and the author lays emphasis on market segmentation and product position according to reality and market opportunity of Dagang Oil Field. At the same time , the author also gives out personal opinions and ideas on the strategic problems appeard in the course of marketing of Xingang Holiday Garden such as product,price,place as well as promotion measures.
