Study On Land Use Change And Proper Land Resource Utilization In Region Guanzhong

Land Use/Cover Change (LUCC) is a hot topic of the global environmental research in natural geography. LUCC's driving force research is the core of this research .It is very important to study on the cause of LUCC, inner mechanism, the basic process. And it is very important to forecast the change of LUCC in the future.Adopting the actual database of land use in Province Shaanxi and the datum in the Province Shaanxi statistics almanac, which affect LUCC in Province Shaanxi. Using the statistic software (SPSS, DPS, LINDO) and the mathematic analytical methods (Principal Component Analysis ,Gray Relating Analysis , Multivariate Regression Analysis ,GM(1,1) Gray model , Gray Series GM(1,N) model methods, goal programming etc), this paper analysis land use and its driving force in Region Guanzhong qualitatively and quantitatively ,and land resource distribution in Region Guanzhong is studied with object plan model .The primary results are as follows:(l)In Region Guanzhong ,as a whole, the inclination of land use change are as follow : The areas of cultivated land and the areas of wasted land are gradually decreasing ;the areas of residential area and diggings ,traffic land ,water area and woodland are increasingly increasing ;the areas of garden plot and grassland fluctuate .the augment range of traffic land is maximal in Region Guanzhong from 2000 to 2003 and it is 233.34% ;water area follows secondly . The abatement range of the wasted land is maximal in Region Guanzhong, cultivated land and grassland follows.(2)The correlativity is quite obvious between the extent of land use and population density , the percentage of grassland , the percentage of the wasted land and earning per people are correlative .But the correlativity of the others is not obvious.(3)The main reasons for the change of land use are urbanization, population growth, the calamity, the country resident occupying land, traffic development and the industrial adjustment.(4)Gray Relating Analysis shows: the country resident occupying land is the first reason of the decrease for the cultivated land and the development of plantation is the second reason ;the leading reason of the change of garden plot is the country resident occupying land and the area of woodland for water and soil maintenance is secondreason ;the primary reason of the woodland change is the country resident occupying land; the primary reason of the grassland change is the country resident occupying land is the development of plantation ; the primary reason of residential area and diggings change is the repeal of cultivated land and the resume of the woodland; the primary reason of traffic land change is the calamity; the primary reason of water area change is the urbanization; the primary reason of the wasted land change is the development of the forestry.(5)Multivariate Regression Analysis shows: the areas of cultivated land and the wasted land incline to decrease, but the areas of garden plot, grassland, residential area and diggings, woodland, traffic land and water area incline to increase.
