Study On Regional Land Use Change And Its Driving Force

Human life and production activities cannot do without land,humans continue to use land use in the properties,process and meet their needs,will cause the change of land use,the land use/Cover Change(Land Use/Cover Change,referred to as LUCC)the main contents concerned.At present,the analysis of regional land use change and driving forces has attracted more and more domestic and foreign scholars to study,and has become one of the hot issues in the research of land.It is the land use quantity,degree,speed,structure changes and natural driving forces and the social and economic factors on land ecological system changes the effect as the main research content of contemporary international Geosciences,especially the important content in the field of earth surface system.A case study of land use change on the local or regional,more detailed description of the relationship between LUCC and environmental changes,the understanding of regional land use change rules and characteristics of driving factors on regional LUCC changes were analyzed,which will contribute to the sustainable utilization of land and put forward reasonable suggestions to promote sustainable the local economic and social development.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out a local or regional case study extensively.This paper takes Chuzhou city as the study area,the land use data in 2005,2010 and 2014,and combined with the social and economic data of 2005-2014,analyzes the land use present situation and spatial distribution as well as the study period characteristics of land use changes,discovered the existence of land use change in the study area on the basis of qualitative problems;and the quantitative analysis of the cause of the factors that affect land use change,mainly used principal component analysis to make quantitative analysis of social and economic factors,and finally puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the sustainable use of land.This paper is divided into 7 chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.This chapter mainly expounds the research background,significance and research at home and abroad,that is to strengthen the regional land use change and its driving force is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the intensive use of land resources,land use structure to provide guidance for the future adjustment and optimization of sustainable development.Then,it makes clear the research goal,constructs the frame of the article,and establishes the technical route of the research.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the part.This chapter introduces some related basic theory of LUCC,including the agricultural land rent theory,land rent theory,city city land use structure theory,sustainable development theory,land resources theory and the system theory,provides a theoretical basis for the following research.The third chapter is the general situation of the study area and the analysis of land use status.The geographical position,climatic conditions,topography and other social and economic conditions,such as natural conditions,population,GDP and so on,are introduced in detail in this paper.Then analyzed the current situation of land use in 2014,and analyzed the spatial distribution of land use types in the region.The fourth chapter is the analysis of land use change.This chapter from the deep research on the change of land use structure,amplitude,dynamic degree of land use,the extent of land use change on land use change in the study area of land use,found some problems in the process of land use.The fifth chapter is the analysis of the driving force of land use change.Driving force is the power source of land use change,and it is the reason of the change.This chapter first impact on land use change in the natural and social economic factors is analyzed;and then selected the total population,non-agricultural population,GDP,total grain output ten driving factors,the use of the SPSS 19.0 the principal component analysis,through the analysis of the impact of land use change in the study area mainly finally,according to the driving factors,driving force analysis of the comprehensive score model,the driving force of change during the study period.The sixth chapter is the countermeasure and suggestion part.First,the principle of sustainable land use is defined,and then the system is put forward according to the problems existing in the land use.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
