KMHK-KONICA MINOLTA BUSINESS TECHNOLOGIES MANUFACTURING (HK) LTD is a foreign company. The paper studies supply chain management of Shilong factory of KMHK company, analyzes the operation method and mechanism from the aspect of aggregate supply cost.The first part of this paper introduces the background of paper selection and basic concept, research method.The second part of this paper completely introduces the characteristics and problems of KMHK supply chain management. Especially introduces from products, direct material, suppliers, transportation, customer clearance to localization. Because aggregate supply cost accounts for high percentage in sales, how to decrease the aggregate supply cost becomes management emphasis.The third part of this paper analyzes the structure of aggregate supply cost and eliminate minor elements. In the meantime, classifies the product and material to find problems. This part studies two problems: transportation model of delivery stock cost and inventory model for unconfirmed lead time.The forth part of this paper studies the inventory of product and material and how to control the stock and select the method transportation. Based on the analysis the paper points out the method of decrease the aggregate supply cost.The paper finally draws the conclusion that we should analyze the cost structure and gets the cooperation from partners so that we can gain the target.
