Research On Inventory Management Based On Supply Chain

The national level force push production capacity, to inventory, leverage, reducing the cost of reform the supply side, the supply side reform is a major institutional change in economic transformation of China, is conducive to China good economy as a whole, but the company can continue to maintain profitability in the reform, can survive in the supply side reforms, not to be eliminated is more of a challenge.The situation is more and more fierce market competition, innovation and transformation of manufacturing enterprises, each enterprise has to face the problem, in addition to improving product quality, market share, and one of the most important issues should also be considered is to strengthen its management efficiency, cost control, inventory cost control is one of the necessary means. In our country, the management of small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises is becoming more and more standardized. In order to strengthen the inventory management and improve the management efficiency, the inventory management based on supply chain will become the inevitable choice for the small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the supply chain inventory management theory, combined with the characteristics of Y hydraulic manufacturing enterprises, through the practical application of innovation, the use of Y hydraulic manufacturing enterprises, and achieved success. First, general situation of the hydraulic manufacturing industry are described, research on the hydraulic transmission manufacturing enterprise operation in inventory management mode, collected from the inventory operation data of 2010 to 2015, according to the traditional inventory management control mode are analyzed. Secondly, the key in the Y hydraulic model of supply chain inventory management in manufacturing enterprises implementation planning, careful planning of supply chain inventory management model of enterprise Y, establishes inventory control model by the combination of supplier inventory management, three party logistics management, the traditional inventory management, and build a JIM information management platform, to ensure that the online monitoring and logistics information flow, cash flow, profit sharing. The realization of the supply chain inventory management and control mode of inventory costs low operation, enhance the cost advantage of Y hydraulic manufacturing enterprises. Finally, through the study of this paper expands the application scope of supply chain inventory management, and created a parallel core enterprise inventory management and JIM inventory management inventory management mode, creates a new inventory management mode for small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises.
