Affiliated Transaction Price System Researching Of CNPC's Qinghai Oilfield

Since recombination and changing system in 1999,china National Petroleum and gas Corporation (CNPC) had separated into two groups ,that is china national petroleum company limited (PetroChina Co. Ltd) and china National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC). PetroChina Co. Ltd majors in oil and gas business. CNPC majors in service business. PetroChina was publicly listed respectively in Hong Kong and US New York in April 2000. CNPC still carry out society function separation and recombination in operational services , culture , education and finance.Influenced by oil trade peculiarity, there are many superfluity people and no use facilities and many society burdens. it makes CNPC not in stable situation ,and not good for CNPC'S development by economic duty is not confirmation and affiliated transaction products or service price is unreasonable.In this article, affiliated transaction price system of Qinghai oilfield company were introduced briefly, theory analysis and real study method were used in this article. By observed PetroChina Co. Ltd transaction policy, price system and running result, transaction's experience and shortcoming of Qinghai oil company were analyzed, pointed out affiliated transaction policy of Qinghai oil company must be made under the condition of CNPC persistence and effective development strategy, affiliated transaction price system and inside market running system must be improved , in order to promote PetroChina Co. Ltd and CNPC's management level and running efficiency.By researched correlation transaction price system , the purpose is providereference for Qinghai oil company's affiliated transaction management and promoted Qinghai oil company continue and effective coordination development, and provide reference and experience for stated corporation Continue recombination and development.
